Quality Inn Moses Lake

Original room window was broken and wouldn't lock. Moved to another room with a broken toilet that wouldn't flush. Should get money back!

One has to request housekeeping. Not knowing this, they didn’t change the linens or bring extra towels

Room was disgusting. Smelled of dog urine and musty carpet. Carpets haven't been cleaned in what seems like, ever. Homeless people taking shelter from the rain and charging phones in the rear lobby. When we complained the front desk lady, who was nice, provided us a baggie of blue chemical laundry crystals to "wave around" the room. We were afraid to climb into the beds as I was certain they were just as disgusting as the entire place. Avoid at all costs. Literally, stay anywhere else. We paid $140 for one night on top of it all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Our friends room had bed bugs!! Our bed was clean but the room smelled like wet dog. The carpet was gross the chair was gross the place is run down and wouldn’t stay ever again. Tweakers outside smoking and drinking, even bbq’n. They camp in the hallways

The room had a bad odor. The bathtub had black stuff in the bottom of it. We asked for some clean towels since our room was never touched up by house keeping. And they never brought any we had to request towels again and didn’t get them until just before we checked out. The poor was mucky and cloudy.

My son was a big fan of the indoor pool the temp was perfect and the fact that they had waffles for breakfast made him very happy. However the room we stayed in smelled horrible as if they kept all the cats in the neighborhood in that one room! When I brought it to the staffs attention it was as if they knew exactly what I was taking about they went in and “sprayed” they room but that only helped for a few minutes and the smell came back ten fold. I made a special trip to the store to buy an odor eliminator to help get rid of the smell and sprayed it multiple times during our stay. I would recommend if you stay here and have little or slip easy be sure to lay a towel down in the bath my son during his shower barely moved slipped and fell on his ribs ending up with a bruise.

I didn’t like the fact that I found random kids toys under the bed, could have at least tried to clean up a bit.

I was just unhappy with the room. It was just not up the car holes in the wall.Curtains, not hung bed, was way too hard.

The rooms are in the transition between complimentary soap and shampoo bottles to dispensers, and even though the ones in my room hadn't been filled, the front desk employee handed me bar soap (I brought my own shampoo) and offered to provide any other things I may need- so the service outweighs the lack of soap when I checked in. Gonna stay here next time I'm in town for sure
