Bed was great & size of room was good & clean. Just needs a little updating. Tub was slippery, mirror frame in bathroom was worn which made it look like there was mildew. Hairdryer was missing but holder still on wall.

Smells like smoke the second you walk in, cigarettes and marijuana. I spent 5 minutes in the room and my throat actually hurt because of the smoke. Dirty rooms and torn up furniture. The side door did not lock or even close all the way. Very gross and unsafe.

This hotel is very old. The rooms need an extreme makeover. The surfaces in the bathtub are peeling and there was mold around the frame of the bathroom mirror. There are three stories and there is no elevator. They stated remodeling has begun on the third floor but guests should not be put in the unremodeled rooms. Very unsafe.

"Disgusting, Quality Inn should be ashamed"

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Quality Inn should be ashamed. The picture on this page is NOT what the lobby looks like now. I should have left after walking in the door. It gets worse, see the pictures. The shower was DISGUSTING! Never stay at a Quality Inn after this!

The breakfast was fantastic… the friendly gal put heart & soul into it! The first room we opened had strong odor of smoke. We easily moved to another room. The heater went off after a bit… weather was cold, room was cold. The great staff turned breaker back on! It worked a bit then went off again. But so helpful, she brought the heater from her front desk & it worked good to warm up our room! Very special!
