Loved the location of this hotel, very convenient for everything the Old Town had to offer. Close to the Monte cable car and great restaurant and bar options. Our room was extremely comfortable which included a Nespresso machine and kitchenette. Lovely breakfast area. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

The attitude if those who worked at the desk and the bell staff were not very good. Bellman had an attitude and was as if we were bothering him. Desk staff were not very friendly either and they actually did not seem to know how some things were run.
