Inn on Broadway

We had two rooms and each of them was decorated differently, which was a nice touch - the INN is not just a random name, but the theme of the hotel. Although we didn’t have breakfast included in the room rate we were offered a light breakfast in the morning, coffee and cereals and muffins .The speakeasy in the basement was the cherry on top.

Fun and funky place. Right downtown. Walkable to severely cold venues.

Love the ability to walk to shops and restaurants and nearness to Eastman School of Music. Quiet and clean and Bea historic building

Breakfast was a bit limited. But otherwise an incredible stay.

Finding the hotel was not difficult. Valet parking attendant was friendly and helpful in providing directions.

Quality, cleanliness, appearance - all were on the level of a 2-star hotel. Very different in real life vs. pictures, descriptions, and even reviews on Booking.com. We were quite disappointed. We also learned that this is located in a high-crime neighborhood, and there were even recently cars broken into in the hotel parking lot. There were also many apparently homeless people on the surrounding streets, to the point which we did not feel safe walking even to a nearby restaurant for dinner at 5pm.
