Inn on Broadway

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice but a little “used”, stained, torn wallpaper etc. The breakfast was very meager and limited staff to assist when items needed replenishment. We had an issue with another guest smoking which passed into our room. The staff apologized when we brought it to their attention but since it went on all night it would have been better if they were more proactive.

This place is fabulous! Dining & then the jazz lounge(which hidden behind bookshelf!). Rooms are quaint & cozy!!! This is a treasure of Rochester!!

Incredible hotel, wonderful staff. Clean and cozy, the bar and restaurant outstanding, Liz at the front desk was super helpful. The hotel itself is a gem among many cookie cutter corporate stays. Would return in a heartbeat.

The location is a little over 2 miles from URMC. Plenty of parking and easy access in and out of the building. I was in walking distance to restaurants and the staff at the inn were incredibly helpful and polite. I received a complimentary drink at check in, and I had a beautiful room where I could see the Little Theater. It was a fantastic experience overall.

That I only reserved one a one-night stay! I would like to return so that I can try a dinner at the Inn's restaurant, Gio's Prime 26 Steakhouse and have a drink at Vanni's Jazz Lounge!

Bed was kind of hard.

Very unique property. Very clean and nice bar and restaurant on site. Easy drive to the lakes and beaches.
