Super 8 by Wyndham Klamath Falls

There are both pros and cons to this Super8. Cons: The bathroom had not been cleaned (an open safety pin on the sink and multiple types of shoe prints on the tile floor was proof enough), the bed cover was smudged and dirty (not stained), and the blanket had cigarette burns and ash smudges as well. PROS However, the staff was nice and despite the building's proximity to the freeway, the hotel was very quiet and conveniently located.

The beds were very hard and i was handed a key to a durty room

location was good

It's slightly outdated. I was shocked by the nightstand lamp that had no lightbulbs (room 310). The light was not coming up, so I checked to see if the bulbs were loose, only to get zapped, because both light bulbs were missing. Also found a toy (hotwheels) by the bed, so I don't think the room was thoroughly cleaned.

Location was only good thing

It was dirty, dingy and smelled of cigarette smoke. Dirty toilets and filthy carpets

The staff were wonderful and the price was good

The beds were dirty and lumpy and stiff. The room felt grimey. It smelled. Nothing felt clean.

They gave two overweight old people a room on the top floor with no elevator. The bathroom floor was dirty. The toilet did not flush. We reported it but it never did flush. There was a used cigarette but behing the night stand and a big burn hole in the blanket. There was visible dirt in the drawers of the night stand. I've stayed at Super 8 motels before but this one was atrocious. I cant believe Hotels.com even lists this place on their site.
