Super 8 by Wyndham Klamath Falls

The whole building needs to be fixed. Our door didn't close unless shoved close. Bathtub was so dirty we never used it. A/C loud and inefficient. Room reeked of Lysol. Carpet was ripped. Handle on cabinet had fallen off. Windows were dirty with fingerprints. Free breakfast was barely adequate. Most of us left hungry. Sounds passed through walls. The whole building was almost empty.

Both rooms have pretty strong smell. My in-law had an headache; we asked to change one of the room but no available one. The room floor mat was still a little bit wet and made us feel very uncomfortable. Breakfast is bad. This is the worst place we have stayed.

Location

Filthy, whole hotel smelled like smoke, bed was not make for check-in, spackle on the walls, tv did not work well and only one channel, no ice bucket, no coffee. It should be shutdown and completely renovated. Shame on the owner, Wyndham, for operating this dismal place.

Very poor-there was a meager selection, no napkins and the trash container was overflowing.

the room had a very unpleasant odor, we had to ask for more than one bath towel and one washcloth, there were no tissues or water glasses, and the overhead light in the bathroom was out. Overall, the room was not clean and the entire property seemed to need routine cleaning and maintenance.

My request for a joint room was accommodated. However, one of the rooms had a cigarette smoke smell and the air conditioner did not work. There were clean towels and bedding, but this property could use a facelift. Very dim. Corners were dirty. Fridge was large. No cups in room.

Property was ok. Management was poor. After traveling for 14 hours I just wanted to go to bed, but instead I had to argue with the manager about them not having a room for me even though I had pre-paid. I eventually got a room, but not without a lot of stress. My room was never cleaned my entire stay. They did not have extra blankets or pillows. There was no elevator to the third floor so suitcases had to be drug up flights of steps.
