Super 8 by Wyndham Klamath Falls

The lobby area and hallways smell like cigarette . The room was dirty and beds uncomfortable. There were dead bugs on the window sill and a Cheeto in the floor. Looks like the room has not been vacuumed in a long time.

The receptionist at check-in was great. I needed to ask for towels in the morning because the room only had one for 3 guests lucky that I caught maid service right away in the morning. Our room did smell of cigarette smoke, we are not smokers.

From check in to check out 5 days later we were treated like friends. Our room was great and supplies were just right. Mattress was excellent, very comfortable. Wi-fi was a little iffy. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

We were on the third floor and there was no elevator.

Room smelled like old tobacco’s. Paint all over bathroom floor. One towel had to ask for another asked two pillow they only had one. Breakfast was below other type of hotels I have stayed in

Quiet, clean and very friendly staff. Minimal breakfast and extras as you'd expect in a budget friendly hotel.

It seemed like they ran out of breakfast stuff on our second day there. The mattress on our bed was pretty hard. Just two minor things really. We would definitely stay there again

Our room looked like it was under construction. There was spackle all over the wall. There was no headboard. The beds were low to the floor and looked temporary in nature. Additionally, it was dirty and not prepared for guests. No tissues in the tissue holder that was hanging off the wall. No lightbulbs in certain sockets. There was visible dirt and mold on the shower curtain. There were no mattress pads on the beds. The lamp shade was stained and torn. The towel bar was broken. There was a half-used shampoo left on the counter. When I went to the front desk to complain about the room, she told me that management was not doing a good job of taking care of the hotel. When I asked if all of the rooms looks like ours, she said that they just lost a maintenance person and maybe this room was in the middle of a project. However, she stated they were full and could not get us a better room. I have stayed at many Super 8 hotels in the past. I do not expect them to be fancy, but simply functional and clean. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this property. And it’s a disgrace that I spent a single penny on this stay. There is a Motel 6 in town which I suspect would be a significant improvement for someone looking for a budget hotel.
