Super 8 by Wyndham Klamath Falls

Die Lage war recht gut.

Wo soll man da anfangen. Im Zimmer war auf allem eine dicke Staubschicht und es roch halbwegs okay. Dann fehlte die Kaffeemaschine die laut Beschreibung zum Zimmer gehören sollte. Es waren für 3 Personen( was ja mit der Buchung bekannt war) nur 2 Handtücher da. Die Matrazen waren leider schon sehr befleckt. Die Kuscheldecken hatten beide diverse Löcher drin. Die Klimaanlage hat gekühlt , aus ihr kam aber ein sehr sehr sehr schlechter Geruch, so dass wir sie aus gelassen haben. Allen in allem war das Zimmer sehr dunkel. Das Frühstück war lieblos. Es gibt weiteres was man aufzählen könnte. Allen in allem möchten wir nie wieder kommen. Für den gezahlten Preis wirklich traurig !!!!! Wir waren eine Nacht zuvor im Super 8 in the Dallas - da war es hübsch. Wie können bei der selben Kette solche Standardunterschiede existieren. Wir haben gebucht weil wir in The Dallas gute Erfahrungen sammeln konnten. Ich wünschte wir hätten in Klamath nicht gebucht !!!!

Staff was awesome

So the one person working the front desk was kind, but everything else was terrible. Immediately when you walk in you’re greeted by an immense amount of cigarette smell that you also smell in your non smoking room. I guess if you’re a smoker no big deal but otherwise it will definitely feel like you left with second hand smoke. We only stayed 1 night as we had a feeling it was not going to be great and it was simply on the way to Sacramento passing through crater lake from the Portland area. Won’t ever stay here again, it was also a last minute decision. The bedding had mystery stains and dead ants as well as cigarette burns on the blanket. We literally slept with our shoes on and left promptly on check out day

Price and location and the TV worked

Bathroom tub needs major renovation. There was mold, the tub itself was peeling. The air conditioner was missing louvers

It was pretty quiet even being by the highway.

Breakfast choices weren’t good. Frozen waffles that were gritty, fruit, cereal, toast or bagels. Nothing appetizing. Halls and stairs were not vacuumed once in the several days we were there. Not one hand towel or one cup in our room.

Check in staff were great. Room was clean. Breakfast had very few selections compared to the Super 8 in Arcata. It was basically cereal, apples, bread or bagels plus coffee. Room could have used some glasses in the bathroom and a coffee maker in the room would have been nice.
