Easy registration

Access to opposite side of facilities from service desk. Having to enter one end to use elevator then go completely to opposite end for the room. My wife is recovering from knee surgery so stairs was not an option. We were on the 3rd floor.

Staff m-f 7-3:30. I can’t think of her name however she is a wonderful individual. The other staff has been good as well. Thank you through these trying times.

The fact that the individual that is stalking me and putting chemicals on/inside my jeep, myself, my room as well as not being able to connect to a secure WiFi network.
