Sleep Inn Kelso Longview

Staff were amazing and the hotel was very good location for what we needed, with lots of shops around and parking for our car. Breakfast was hot, the selection was fine. But small touches like chips and cookies on reception was a great touch. Pool was good condition and amenities. Beds were comfy, although, we did find under the beds old clothes from previous stays. I would recommend still but suggest a nudge at reminding cleaning staff about the small things.

Beds were super comfy. Room was big. The continental breakfast was huge and great.

The hot tub was broken and that was advertised when we booked the room. We picked there for the hot tub for my disabled husband to soak in after an 8 hr drive there.

I liked how friendly the staff was. I own a cleaning company and the hotel and room was very well kept. The location was nice , lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Easy access to freeway. I stayed at many hotels in the area. Hands down the best one. I will stay again if I go back to that area.

The first night staying there, I was woken up by teenage boys slamming doors and running up and down hallways, laughing being very loud. From 11:00 pm until 1:30 am. Finally at midnight called the hotel front desk. I had to be up at 6am so lack of sleep. But they were gone the next night so the rest of my stay was nice.

Clean comfortable rooms, well kept and nicely prepared

The breakfast was sub-standard and really bare bones. On top of that when I went in at 8:30 there were no eggs and no meat at all. The eggs showed up 10+ minutes later and the sausage or whatever it was showed up another 5-10 minutes after that. I told the desk staff and they said someone was working on it and then said "you're welcome" in a very rude & snarky way. The selections were the barest minimum and prepared with no care at all. Just dumped out. Very unappetizing. The bacon served the day before was terrible. No potatoes. Breakfast room cleanliness wasn't great either. I've eaten in many hotels like this and understand this is the "universal breakfast" but this version was very poor and running out of food at 8:30 on a Sunday is inexcusable. You have one job for breakfast...do better.
