Friendly helpful staff, good value, neat, clean, well-kept up furnishings.

Elevator was broken during our stay; also during our stay the lock on our window was broken.

The staff was lovely and the Wi-Fi was convenient. The room was clean, we had plenty of towels, etc.

The staff was wonderful! However, to pay $124 for one night in a standard room with no working elevator, a bathtub you can't take an actual hot bath in (nor can you in any of the rooms of the hotel because they have the wrong part that keeps the water from draining in every single room), and a freezing room (because someone thought it would be a great idea to have the unit unplugged so apparently as the guest you have to figure it out), and to watch the hard working housekeeping crew lug supplies up multiple flights of stairs because again, no working elevator was disheartening. Great staff however I will never waste money at this facility again.
