I loved the overall quality of my stay.the price was right,the rooms and bedding were very clean and the mattress was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and I totally recommend it to other guests Breakfast was delicious and had a variety and all the hosts and workers had excellent customer service

Location, plenty of parking, multiple ways to enter building, and amenities. The room was very clean and as for someone who is a slight germaphobe I was very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the room.

I wished there were extra trash bags or laundry bags in the room.

I appreciated the excellent staff, decent breakfast, and laundry room.

I noted the elevator seemed to need a lot of maintenance. There was an annoyingly loud fan in the elevator and on my second day a floor elevator call button was stuck pressed. This caused repeated delays and malfunction of the elevator.

We couldn't get in , too many people, no chairs open

We had a disabled person with us. We asked right off in our booking for a ADA double room, which you confirmed that it would be. . We got there and it smelled bad of dirty dog. And it was not ADA. The disabled person could not take a shower, it had a tub. The person at the desk (Beth) got upset with us. I asked several times about a discount and they really did not seem to like that.
