Sleep Inn Kelso Longview

The room we had was easy to get to and we could see our car from the room. It was very clean.

The bed wasn't that comfortable, rather firm. The heater wasn't working properly and would not cycle on and off. We had to manually turn it on and off, which wasn't great when sleeping. The bathroom had extremely dim lights. It was hard to see to put on makeup.

Very nice staff, clean and safe feeling. Very much enjoyed the drink bar

for a not well known hotel, this one offers the welcoming feel, coffee and cookies in the lobby area throughout the day (appears to be), provided the traditional conveniences (bathroom amenties, lotions, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer, coffee maker), recently renovated, presents freshness, even the cloth hangers are with the normal hooks (not the pokes up kind, that is really annoying, not effective). It was just done right, for traveler's convenience! I visited a granddaugher whose family was relocated to Longview, so finding this hotel was a lucky discovery, should I ever visit again, this hotel will definitely a repeat!

Not too critical, it was a little hard to get right to the location, not familar with the surrounding in nighttime and relying on GPS wasn't the easiest way, I circled 3 times and finally focused on the big billboard as my target to get to the hotel, website could use Red Lion (sorry, it's competitor I know, but I had stayed at Red Lion brand before, Sleep Inn is a new favorite)....
