Great location, great amenities and good value for cost.

We were supposed to check in at 4 but were delayed so the host could give a speech to the whole group on amenities and there was no second person to keep things moving. It was frustrating to wait after we already had paid for the stays and just wanted to get in after traveling from across the country nearly 14 hours.

The overall cleanliness of the room was good, which we valued.

We recently stayed at this hotel, attracted by the beautiful room views of the water shown in online photos. Unfortunately, the room we received, although still overlooking the water, did not match the expectations set by the images. It's important for future guests to note that not all rooms offer the direct views as advertised. Additionally, while the hotel claims to offer free Wi-Fi, this service is only available in public areas. We paid an extra $15 for in-room internet, which proved problematic; the system does not allow you to log out to switch devices, and we were unable to connect our laptop as intended. On a positive note, the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, but there were a few oversights such as a slightly dirty bathtub, a musty smell from the pillows, and a disturbing blood spot on one of them. The reception staff mentioned they were transitioning to a new system, which led to an unexpected $47 charge that was supposed to be refundable. I am still awaiting this refund, which is separate from another $250 deposit. While the hotel has potential, my experience was marred by these issues. Clear communication about room views and internet charges, along with better attention to cleanliness, would have made a significant difference. I hope to see improvements in these areas for future guests.

Views were wonderful

Advertised as free Wi-Fi but upon finding we had no free wifi by attempting to sign in were told we’d have to pay for it( minimum subscription of 10 days for 16.00 . Asked at front desk and person asked if we were owners there ( Wyndham timeshare) and no we don’t own there. We’re then told that bc of the mountain disrupting service we’d need to pay through another vendor. Was told this is written “ somewhere in the fine print”. NO FREE WIFI as ADVERTISED

Great location, nice facility. Units basically had everything needed. Loved the private hot tub.

We did have hours of no hot water which was slightly inconvenient however we were notified on the day of the shut off for hot water tank replacements. Even though our neighboring units were not occupied we were one of the last to be replaced therefore the no hot water time frame went longer than expected. I know servicing is tricky and multiple units even trickier and would suggest that occupied units be prioritized during the time frame indicated.

Very well taken care of and comfortable. We had neighbors on both sides and didn’t hear a thing. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. The work out room was tiny and had very little equipment, but it was in good shape and had all the attachments.

Being advised by text by property staff that our reservation was subject to cancellation at the whim of the property at the last moment. The reservation stated that changes and cancellations were not allowed from my end. The property staff insisted that their cancellation policy was in the fine print. I found the whole process very distasteful and unnecessary.
