"Tired hotel"

Bathroom was one of the most run down I have ever seen with Marriott. This hotel is old, tired and in desperate need of upgrades. In addition, the front desk is non existent. They hide behind some partition wall and do everything in their power to ignore the guests. 3 days in a row I need to call out for assistance.

The property is dated, but acceptable. Our room was adjacent to some mechanical advice that sounded like a cross between a how flying helicopter and a train (seriously, I checked for both) that turned off and on all night.

"Terrific staff!"

We are traveling with our 3 year old grandson. We arrived quite late and the desk and facility staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.
