Residence Inn Southington

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean but the room and the outside of the hotel are overdue for a remodel and maintenance. The single handle spigot at our bathroom vanity was extremely hard to maneuver. It definitely needs to be replaced. The bathtub did not drain properly. You were standing in a couple of inches of water at the end of a shower.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Don't plan on sleeping in. Doors slamming woke us up at 6 am.

I think this is similar serves as a permanent living quarters for some of its residence. People that seem that they live there screaming in pain like this as maybe a nursing home or a offsite living option for people not suitable for it to be listed as a hotel for general public as a hotel. Sleeping in some basement type of hotel room that was cold and definitely must be some type of new ownership. Not where they have the logo Of residence

We checked in and then checked right out., as I had my 87 year old mother with respiratory issues in tow. The room was dirty, damp, and had stains on the walls. When we inspected the bed, there were numerous stains ( what they were, I was afraid to ask) on the “clean” sheets. As a lifetime Titanium Elite, and having stayed roughly 1000 days in Marriott properties, this was by far the worst one. We did not spend more than 15 minutes in the room, and the would not refund the charges..

Everything is a bit tired and our room overlooked the freeway, which was fairly loud.

Very clean and comfortable Good proximity to whom I was meeting and to family

I have stayed in the past. I do admit the breakfast was not up to the same standard as the first stay.
