Great location!!

The girl at the front desk was rude and very short with my wife and me.

i like the location and how close everything was walking distance

i did not like that i was charged extra for parking, usually parking is included at hotels

The front desk was very patience. It was basically LOCATION, Location the best walking distance. Not too much luxury but for San Francisco the room was large

Plutôt cher pour être localiser près de Pier 39 mais bon on le sait au départ. Autre inconvénient: la caution est rendue plus d'un mois plus tard!! Attention si vous la payez avec une carte de débit car elle sera prélevée instantanément. L'hôtel vous dira qu'il n'a rien encaissé, il a raison, mais elle est quand même débitée et remboursée plus d'un mois après. Il faut payer la caution avec une carte de crédit car cela n'apparaitra pas sur votre compte contrairement à la carte de débit.

Posizione comoda, zona carina e vicino al molo. Raggiungibile facilmente con i mezzi e a piedi. Camera confortevole con letti molto comodi.

The Hotel’s main attraction was its vicinity to Pier 39 and the secure parking ($30 a night which was about the going rate for anywhere in the area). The Big Bus tours started from across the road which was an added bonus for us to the see the sites. Room was a bit dated but comfy bed and good shower - no problems with noise. Rooms only cleaned after third nights stay.

The location to Fisherman’s Wharf is excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Inn was under renovations, too much of the old was poor. Some outlets did not function, but there was also a problem with the toilets. We were in two different rooms and neither toilet functioned properly. As they complete the upgrade we would recommend it for location, great security, good internet, comfy beds and good caring staff.

The property owner is a wonderful person. The location is impeccable. The downside was that I was surrounded by very noisy people. The rooms have no air conditioning, which were only needed during the day. The windows were small, so it was hard to get any circulation. The bed can best be described as a very plush mattress cover wrapped around concrete. They were very hard to sleep on. The wharf is not what it used to be and the property of the Inn was in good condition, had obvious improvements needed. For the price, it was a good stay. I do wish that I would have spent a little more for a more comfortable and quiet location, but I did really enjoy my stay otherwise.
