Loud and bad heater

On 2nd night of a two night stay we found bugs in the bed. At around midnight we sent an email to the hotel informing them of such and that we would spend the night in chairs and not the bed. After a few hours without sleep we decided to pack up and leave. Around 4.15 am we checked out and was asked by the desk to send a picture to management, which we did. We received an apology accompanied with a statement that they had since checked the room and found nothing, could we send more 'evidence'. We sent a few more pictures which clearly show very tiny objects filled with blood (still have the photos). Since then we have been told that is not evidence enough and have we any 'evidence' of being bitten. I wasn't aware that we should have waited for more bites, but it seems that is what is required for them to even consider a refund on the room or even any empathy. They have given a 1 night refund on parking as 'goodwill'. REALLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

We were locked in the parking garage while the ONLY, VERY RUDE, INCONSIDERATE "SUPERVISOR" chose to leave the property for her "well earned lunch." Leaving us trapped and locked in the parking garage. We couldn't leave until she returned to let us out, a half an hour later. Making us leave later than we should have, causing us to miss our reserved parking spot, leaving my husband to have to push me in my wheel chair, three roads to the venue, all uphill. We missed half of our show and when we returned, furious, she said we were "disrespecting her" and that there was "no other supervisor above her" The business card she told me to call, rang in front of her, and she was in no way willing to offer us any type of resolve. Had I needed Medical help, as I often do, the Ambulance would not have been able to get to me before her half hour lunch was over. Had there been a fire we would have all been stuck. This matter was dangerous, reckless, inconsiderate and needs to be brought higher up, which I PLAN TO DO.

The room was clean, and easy to get to.

Infested with bedbugs.

Good location, friendly staff. This staff was very knowledgeable about the room and the activities to do in San Francisco. Thank you so much

i like the location and how close everything was walking distance

i did not like that i was charged extra for parking, usually parking is included at hotels

The front desk was very patience. It was basically LOCATION, Location the best walking distance. Not too much luxury but for San Francisco the room was large
