It was clean and the felt safe

The rooms are dingy and somewhat dirty. We had to switch the first room because nothing worked (lights, tv, phone). The breakfast is lacking even for a simple hotel. My credit card got hacked and I think it is related to me booking this hotel (no proof though). The only positive for us was the location.

This location was perfect for me, it’s away from all the chaos but an easy drive right to the strip. Just needs a little makeover! :-) I will definitely book again

Convenient for family and very enjoyable, comfortable stay.

Clean, convinient location. Didn’t like the noise we could hear from other rooms above and besides our room. The refrigerator and ac were also very loud.

It was ok. Good place to sleep. But that’s about it. The maid service never came because it took them all day to get to our room. By the time they reached us, we were back from where we went during the day. Also, the batteries in the remote to operate the tv were dead & there was no way to turn the tv on without it. I mentioned something about it when it was first discovered, but, they were never replaced. Room was clean otherwise.

Upon arrival and entry into the room. We realized that the television and room telephone (the phone is a safety issue. which I mentioned) did not work. Because the room phone did not work, I went down to the desk to have both resolved. The female desk associate responded to the room but was not able to fix either of the problems. They did offer a new room. however, we had traveled from another state and was tired, and had a looming event the next day, and already settle in. Also not certain what the other rooms would be. Then comes the constant banging/humming noise of the elevator. PLEASE STOP PROVIDING THAT ROOM TO GUEST. The rooms/accommodations are overpriced for the location and age of the hotel. The desk and room service staff were helpful and professional.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property/room had nice amenities. Comfortable pillows and beds. The only negative was breakfast was never hot or even warm.
