Process of moving

The staff is always so kind and helpful. We have stayed here several times and they seriously are very friendly and find solutions to any problem. I once forgot some cash, and it wasn’t a small amount, and they held it for me until I went to pick it up. They were so friendly and willing to assist, it gave me so much peace of mind that my money was safe. It was like leaving it at a friend’s house. Thank you to the staff that helped me!

Staff was Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing.

A lot of homeless around the property.

The hotel was very run down, beds were very uncomfortable, rust in the bathtub. The room also smelled very bad.

1. The female front desk staff whom I saw most often were extremely friendly & helpful! 2. My room was clean & updated, though I wish it had a safe. 3. The indoor heated pool & jacuzzi were the reason I chose this hotel and were a huge bonus. I only wish the pool was open longer or 24 hours. As of now, hours are 10a - 10p. 4. There's ample parking, but only a few spaces near the entrance. 5. Good eats are nearby & the hotel offers room service, though I didn't try it. 6. Nearby are all the conveniences: grocery store, Walgreens, 7-11, Walmart, dollar tree, gas, nail shops, movies, bar & even an animal hospital, if needed. 7. The hotel & parking lot are walkable. While several nearby places are also walkable, I wouldn't recommend it due to road construction, not to mention the heat. 8. The Las Vegas strip & Harry Reid airport (code LAS) are 20-30 minutes away, pending traffic. 9. The hotel has on-site laundry machines - $2.50 to wash & $2.25 to dry, quarters only. The front desk usually has change but if not they'll direct you to the gas station next door. 10. Check in/out were super quick & easy.

Onsite staff asssited me with a work printer request....documents were ready as soon as i requested assistance...

Room was small, and several amenities were not convenient.

This property isn’t terrible, it’s just in an undesirable area, not a bad neighborhood, just could be better, especially for $300 plus dollars for 2 night..Hotel was clean.. My biggest issue, while getting coffee to take to me room, one of the employees told me, rather stearnly was to take the smal creamers not the little bottle, as there not for coffee..To which I said, I took it so I could have multiple cups of coffee in my room & not have all those little creamers, ultimately I told her at $185.00 a night I’m taking that 4oz bottle & have more then paid for it as a guest, rude..
