My son and I have been here for the past three months because we had a fire in our apartment and the whole staff has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home and cared for. Monday through Thursday the breakfast is excellent they even remember keep our favorite items available. Every concern I brought to them was met with understanding and addressed with a sense of urgency

Positives: Front desk and Kitchen people are very friendly and helpful Lobby and Eating areas are very nice, clean and organized Enjoyable breakfast Negatives: Poor maintenance of rooms: cleanliness issues i.e strong odor in bathroom, dirty floor, kitchen wares in dishwasher remained from previous guests Ruined furniture: damaged table and chairs On day of housekeeping: soaps not refilled; dirty towels not removed... though new towels provided; bed linens not changed.

From Day one, at check in Clara rolled out the red carpet. Every since l have been embraced by a warm staff. ☺️The GM Trenise, and her staff just to name a few: Indea(Front Desk) Indea(Accounting), Esom, Kara, Darcee, and Tommy make my weekly visits pleasurable. I live a hour away, and have to be to work at 5am. It definitely makes a difference when you feel like your home away from home. Rooms are always clean, and comfortable. This property is VERY QUIET compared to other properties l stayed at over the years. Lastly the area is very walker friendly with sidewalks. Definitely my top pick. Go ahead and click that MAKE RESERVATION button!😁
