Great Customer service very attentive personnel definitely I would stay again thank you for your hospitality specially the Lady at the desk on the night

The only thing is thay I didn't like it was the price for the stay, I think the price could be a little bit lower for 1 night other thank that I'm very Happy with everything

"Very easy access off the highway, nice facility and great staff."

The staff was great. There was a mix up with the booking. Booking.com had us staying from the 11th to the 12th and although the error was caught in advance there was no way to correct the error through booking.com.I have appealed the charge through my credit card company but the Hampton folks were very helpful. The facilities were great also.

If you had coffee available, (free to the guests) that would have been much appreciated. I know at most other hotels that is the case and in making my choice as to where to stay, that may be the consideration that effects my decision. It's a small thing that makes a big impact.
