Location is the only good thing

Apparently staff never does their job! Staff chit-chatting with a guest they're familiar with, which resulted us waiting for about 10min to checkin. AC was off when we enter the just above freezing room. AC didn't not function very well. It took hours to heat up the room. AC is also so loud. Towel is not clean. Hot water came only after minutes of cold water running out of tap. Body lotion is empty. This 1-qt empty jar is right under their sign "we room check every other day to refill supplies".
