Best ever Cyndi made our experience amazing. We will be back our new fav place. Love it. She was the very very very very best we have had here at the resort without a doubt.

Loved the pool and the view of the water

The ac went out at midnight in our building and didn't come back on until 4am. Would've been a perfect stay, if that didn't happen.

Pros: Beautiful location. Excellent service. Complimentary breakfast. Beautiful hotel & grounds. Would go back. Cons: 1. Daily Resort Fee add-on is an unnecessary money grab... Just add it in to the rates. 2. Housekeeping only comes if you put in a special request. 3. Am still trying to get bill straight weeks later as they automatically add on the daily Parking Fee, even though I was very clear we took taxis.

I’m very torn on how to write this review because this property is beautiful and has so much potential. The staff is extremely friendly. However, the cleaning staff needs a complete overhaul or new management. Our room was not properly cleaned before our arrival and the common areas lack the attention to detail when it comes to cleaning. The pool is beautiful and heated perfectly for a January swim. The food in the restaurants is really sub par and not worth the high price. We are Marriott lifetime platinum elite and I think next time we will just Airbnb on the island. I hope this place improves so we can come back. Spa amenities are complimentary but the area feels strange - like you are in a garage of sorts. A few upgrades and this property could really be fantastic.

We visited Charley’s for snacks and drinks and had the most amazing service we could ever expect. Cydni was working the entire floor probably 10 or eleven tables. Mostly couples. She gave us full attention while not neglecting any other customers. Chicken in with us on every pass by to deliver food or collect dishes. I recommend the visit to Charley’s and keep an eye out for Cydni.

Carte limitée pour le petit déjeuner. La construction d’un hangar à côté de l’hôtel qui dénote . Il y a 10 ans cet hôtel avait plus de classe sans cette construction .
