Wonderful view Comfy beds Friendly and very accommodating staff but casual dining restaurant definitely needed more staff

Bathroom sink would not drain so it was impossible to run the water for any length of time, even to just brush my teeth. Our room door had no lock on it. There was a knob but no lock, only the piece that went across the inside knob. Got in the shower without any soap because there was a bottle labeled shower gel, however no gel in the bottle. Each time I called guest services, I had to make sure they knew it was room 584 calling and not 575 because the phone was labeled incorrectly. Front desk explanation was 584 phone probably didn't work and someone just took 575 so 584 would have a phone Arrived at 6:20pm; check in time was 4:00; our room was not ready; luggage brought up only after (2) requests Seemed odd that the coffee, sweets bar closed at 2:00pm except on weekends

Had an amazing sunset at Charleys. The Dolphins were swimming right in front of the restaurant while we were watching the sunset. We also had an amazing server, Cyndi. She was always around if you needed something but not bothersome. If you get to go to Charley’s ask for Cyndi and the shrimp escargot.

My stay at the Marriott Sanibel Harbour was great. Asta Jackson at the Pool Bar has made my fantastic time at the pool outstanding. She knows me (and most of the customers) by name and is super friendly and VERY detailed in everything she does. What a professional! She’s been my bar-keep for over 3 years. I stay at the Sanibel Marriott for at least 3 weeks (for over 3 years). This is my way of escaping the frozen tundra of New Hampshire! John Irwin, NH

I won’t go too in depth about the physical property here, but I want to take a moment to call out Drew & Jack from the bar. We recently took our team to this property & had the pleasure of being served on two separate nights at two different venues. The genuine & sincere effort put behind creating a fun, positive, and inclusive experience was there in spades. Drew was sure to give local recommendations to our team and helped make the night relaxed, positive, and one our team will always look back on fondly. Fantastic staff!

Had a great meal and bar service at Courtside Steakhouse. Andrew did a great job with bar choices and the meal was fantastic! We had the scallops and filet, delicious.

Cydni and the other two gals (can’t remember names) did an excellent job taking care of our group. We were there for our national sales meeting around January 19 through the 21st and we were always treated with kindness a smile and respect. From good humor and laughter we were all impressed with the services we received.

Cyndi was very friendly, her interaction with myself and my business colleagues Was very professional.

The Spa at the Marriott Sanibel Harbour is a lovely facility- super clean and exceptional staff from the front desk ladies to the nail techs to the massage therapists. Jin has been my therapist three times and each has been special. She never does the same thing twice. Today she asked me if I would like her to "walk on my back". I heard of this before but never experienced it. I am so happy that I said YES! I felt as if I was floating by the time my massage came to an end. I highly recommend Jin and the entire spa team.

This spa experience made a rainy day the best day of my vacation. Giana and Brandy arranged last minute massages for us when there wasn't an open appointment. For the price of a massage, we enjoyed the gym, sauna, steam room, pool. The MASSAGE! Kristin M gave me the best massage I ever had in my life! With a medical background and over 20 years experience, her skilled touch would relax my whole body and release the tension, aches and soreness I had. The tennis pro, Ninka gave us expert tips about how to up our tennis game and offered to arrange more games for us with other guests. I will be back to join her pickleball clinic for sure!
