"The French Quarter was great - pity the hotel did not match our experience"

Not enough space here but here are the main points - - Wifi never worked - Parking was Valet only at $45 a day - Shower was useless - just trickled - Tried to change dates too - no empathy - and they refused. - The only food was an expensive cafe - And cleaning was by request - not really acceptable for this standard of hotel

La posizione della struttura è il suo punto di forza, vicinissima al Quartiere Francese e a tutti i principali punti d'interesse

Purtroppo l'hotel è un po' fatiscente, avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione specialmente sulla facciata. Noi eravamo al nono piano ma vedere fuori era impossibile. Inoltre, sul sito ci sono indicazioni di una lavanderia, ma in realtà non è presente in struttura

"Save your money"

The room 306 was buried in a back side hallway in between the ice machine and a maintenance closet... Two 18 inch "windows" looked out on an air shaft with nothing to be seen. There wasn't a shower curtain and the toilet was the perfect height for a 3 year old. Considering the maid was soooo sweet and looked embarrassed so I didn't fuss. Next time I'll spend a bit more for the stay, and not get a room that could be in a horror movie!

"Rapid decline in just one year."

Great location away from French Quarter noise.

I gave it a perfect "10" last year, but cannot believe how shabby and low-class it was this year! Staff not as dedicated, nor as attentive, as last year's stay. What a.shame.
