The room was hot the air didn’t work. Dint like that I couldn’t see nothing out the window

Location was great.

The up keep of the hotel Showed its age.

Kelly was very professional

Shower function button was difficult to use.

Close to main streets. Noisey sirens during the night

Pubic style hair on toilet seat Room stuck of urine and bleach Staff were unfriendly Outside of windows all pealing so unable to see out Pillows were cushion sized with normal sized pillows wrapped double on itself

Location was fantastic

Dated and shabby. Uncomfortable bed, windows tint was damaged to the point where it obstructed any kind of view. Key repeatedly stopped working, initially provided only one towel and no wash clothes or hand towel or bath mat.

The location is the main advantage. The room itself is as you would expect of a budget hotel, it's clean and includes all the basics.

There was a faint smell, like sort of wet sweat kind of smell that seemed prevalent in New Orleans. The air conditioner is cooling only.

Everything is old and needs more cleaning.Other than that room and bed are fine.But facilities need cleaning more

Perfect location for Mardi Gras. Almost all of the parades go past this hotel. Yet a few blocks south of the French quarter so you avoid the craziness. Not a five-star hotel, But the rooms are very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit on the small side, but the bed is very comfortable
