"Facility nice, was double billed."

Nice updated room

We were double billed, no one was willing to correct this for us. We booked room online, I'm guessing the 3rd party online booking charged once then the hotel also billed. I called hotel who said they only show one charge. I disputed it with our CC company, they said it was two unique transactions and we are required to pay for them.

It's obvious you guys have a great staff working there... very good deal as far as hotels go

Nothing really .... maybe they could add an area rug in the hotel rooms to make it more warm feeling in the rooms. I understand that's an extra expense , but could add a lot of comfort
