"Love Casa Sierra Nevada and staff! 5 stars!"

Fantastic hotel right in the center! Outstanding beyond expecations the customer service. Carlita, Alejandro, Gustavo, the Hefe boss from Germany all so attentive and welcoming. Service beyond pale. I arrived several hours late in the middle of the night due to missing my flight from Mexico City. They could not have been more gracious or accommodating. I sadly experienced altitude sickness and vertigo from a previous recent mild stroke so was feeling dizzy and frequently unable to navigate steep hills and uneven walkways. I just took taxis which were inexpensive and readily available. I felt very accommodated by the hotel and their kindness which was extended to me was very much appreciated. The only reason I would not stay again would be if I was still struggling with balance/dizziness and then I would reevaluate if San Miguel is the correct destination for my health. Loved my private cooking lesson with Reuben at Sazon, amazing experience, I learned so much! Have already been cooking his recipes after only 2 days back!

We had the most amazing experience at Casa de Sierra Nevada. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional, and the food was amazing - it was everything you would want from a five-star hotel and more. After our stay, both my husband and I have been staying we never want to stay anywhere else other than a Belmond hotel. We loved it!

"Great Stay in San Miguel de Allende"

The location was excellent and the property was beautiful. The room was large, had nice furnishings and was very clean. We loved the variety of breakfast food - all were excellent. The staff everywhere were helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar had great cocktails, service and a fantastic view. The pool area was very nice. We really appreciated the accommodation of a special margarita mixing class with Victor. This is a great property in the Belmond brand.

"A perfect hotel - just stay here!"

What an absolutely fabulous hotel! We had such a luxurious stay at Casa de Sierra Nevada. The service is stellar, the room was beautiful and so very comfortable, the whole hotel is just gorgeous, and the food is divine. Every breakfast was amazing, but for drinks and dinner, do not miss Tunki, the rooftop restaurant - the watermelon dish will change your life, and the Amazonian ceviche is the best I've ever had. We also had wonderful massages at the spa. I could have gladly moved right in and never gone home! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
