Extremely convenient location in Chicago (River North) - convenient to all major attractions. Numerous restaurants nearby. Exceptional service at front desk. - which helped me print some documents I needed at very last minute for an appoitment. Downside was only one elevator working which made checkout a challenge for those on lwoer floors. Good value price wise. I feel rooms could be a little fresher paint wise.

Next door to a hostel, lots of homeless / beggars on the street. Also no coffee in room and coffee shop only open 7-12
