Staff were not very willing or happy to help with simple requests.

I coordinated five rooms at ACME for a team attending a conference next door and was impressed by the support we received. Marc from the sales team was particularly outstanding. He made sure each team member could check in independently, which was a big help with logistics. When some issues came up on the first day, he resolved them quickly and smoothly. The front desk staff was just as attentive all through our stay. This kind of proactive, detail-oriented hospitality is not as common as it should be and made a meaningful difference to our stay.

The location was amazing! Right in the center of all we wanted to do during our stay. Nothing more than a few blocks walk.

The rooms looked a little dated and not as crisp and clean as preferred when staying in a hotel (bathroom, particularly). The view was terrible. Looking right into a parking structure, so that affected privacy when opening the shades (which you need to do because the rooms are so dark)
