I needed a handicap room with walk-in shower and the room we got was amazing huge bathroom and shower it was a 1 bedroom suite huge bedroom too loved it

Water pressure in shower was a bit weak

Hotel definitely felt really old and needs update. The Hyatt app offered digital key, but it doesn't work because they still use magnetic key cards. We found breadcrumbs, hair pin and black sticky spots on the floor when we entered the room, and a strand of hair in the bed. It didn't feel clean. When we brought up the concern, they were not addressed or acknowledged. It also felt like the hotel was not staffed nor equipped to handle the long weekend crowd. Breakfast area was way too packed, and the staff all looked tired. The elevator got dirty during breakfast hour, and it was left uncleaned when we checked out in the afternoon.

Nice hotel with kitchen in the room and breakfast included. Plenty of dining options and grocery store nearby. My only complaint is that the rooms are stuffy with no air circulation, but air conditioner works.
