"Amazing staff"

Amazing staff, clean hotel, and great breakfast. Rooms are a great size for families with kids. Pool, laundry room, and gym were great bonuses.

"Great Hotel"

Excellent Hotel, great location and hotel well maintained. Friendly staff, variety of food for Breakfast (cold/hot cereal, eggs, meat, toast, pastry). I definitely recommend the Hyatt in San Ramon.

Property was fine but the hotel failed at job one - honor the reservation. I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom nearly 4 months ago. Arrived just after check-in time to be told -- we oversold one bedrooms -- sorry! (At this point most hotels would try to 'make it right' -- I booked a one bedroom as my wife is undergoing chemo treatments and has erratic sleep patterns.) Nope! No room change. No sorry. Not even a price adjustment to the downgraded room! Better yet the clerk made it clear they 'prioritize Hyatt World members,' not (sniff) 'third party bookings' (Expedia. I did not buy it used from a guy in a trenchcoat.)
