"A good hotel in a great location."

The breakfast was good overall.

They had no pastries included in the breakfast, only toast. The blinds in the room needed to be replaced, and were hard to use.

The rooms needed new blackout and privacy blinds. They were worn and did not operate very smoothly or well.

"Nice stay at a nice hotel"

Very nice hotel. Loved breakfast; they had REAL from scratch oatmeal!! fitness room was nice too. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

"Excellent Hyatt House"

Best accomodations in the San Ramon and Danville area. They always take care of me and are friendly, helpful and genuine. I love staying at this hotel.

"Hyatt, best for business, not families."

Hyatt is a nice hotel for 2 or 3 people per room. Do NOT book if you need ample space for 4 people. Also, the breakfast listing said it had bacon, this was a lie. They should invest in a waffle machine instead of the pancakes that were provided. The room itself was fine, we had the King Suite. The bed was very firm, great for back sleepers. The room was clean and ready when we arrived.
