"Tired but staff are great."

This is a very dated hotel. Rooms desperately need a makeover. Bathroom in room 104 is super close to the bed 🤮 Bring plugin adapters for the USB. No USB’s on 1 side of bed and only 1 on the other side. Also be careful of the very strange floor change. I tripped on it a couple times.

"Clean, Comfortable, and Inviting"

My job brings me to San Ramon 4-6 times a year for business meetings and conferences. I enjoy staying at the Hyatt House as it is clean, comfortable, and the rooms are always warm and welcoming. The location of the hotel in centralized for all my needs (Freeway, Food, Meetings, Grocery stores, etc...). I have been staying there the past 2.5 years, and it does not disappoint. If you are in town for business and or pleasure, the Hyatt House is a great choice!

Breakfast was a very nice offering included in the room price. We had to leave very early so we just had coffee. We observed many couples and families enjoying breakfast.

The fan in the bedroom was located on the wall at the foot of the bed. It was easy to adjust the temperature in the room, but the thermostat kept blowing air on us.

This hotel worked perfectly for my family traveling from San Diego for grandfather’s 95th birthday in Danville. Great location to freeway and surrounding shopping areas plus events were in Danville so very easy back-and-forth trips and to enjoy downtown Danville options and offerings. The hotel was clean, updated And the price point was excellent. Breakfast on site is a nice bonus. Staff was busy keeping food stocked and hot, lots of variety and again great value with the hotel. We would recommend this to anyone and we will do this again.
