"The best Hampton we have ever seen!"

The location is AMAZING!! We had a lovely patio with chairs and could hear the ocean. The beach was literally steps away, and was clean and lovely. We were there off season so it was not at all crowded. The breakfast was the standard hotel fare, but included 2 flavors of waffle mix so my kids were happy. The hot cookies in the evening were great. The most amazing part was that when we left behind something very important, they mailed it to our home, and even called to verify all the details before mailing it!

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not effective at all, so there was condensation issues causing peeling paint above the shower in room 104. There may have been a leak from above, but couldn't tell for sure.
