"Excellent front desk staff made our stay."

The front desk staff member was excellent. I think his name was Ian. He was so friendly and welcoming. Gave us lots of info for our upcoming event at the Etihad we were staying in Manchester for. Room was excellent.

Lighting in the room was quite dim but was manageable.

"Great stay , great staff"

It was easy to find , easy to park. Our room was ready on arrival. Staff were extremely helpful , friendly and genuinely interested in our plans for the weekend. Clean , tidy , quiet room as requested. Just perfect.
