"Top choice"

Excellent location for easy access via the tram into the city centre. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room upgrade was unexpected but a wonderful surprise. Free car parking was excellent also. Very clean, smart and a great breakfast.

Staff were super friendly. Hotel was lovely and clean.

Toilet door in the bedrooms were sliding doors with no locks. I felt it lacked privacy.
