"Super séjour à l hôtel de Versailles"

Le matelas est exceptionnel, je rêve du même à la maison. Les chambres sont spacieuses, l emplacement est idéal pour aller visiter le château. Accueil très bien.

Location is good

First room: mould on bathroom walls, half the room without electricity , old dirty carpeting , ac could not be regulated in the room…. Second room: at least tiled bathroom, ac could be regulated, same old carpeting As a compensation I received an upgrade: same thing only bigger, so I stayed in room 2… For breakfast no coffee, machine did not work Se

The hotel have excellent location close to everything. Parking for 20 euro was convenient, come with a small car!

It’s an old facility, the smell in the corridor and the entrance was moldy/dusty. Also the room felt dark.

"We’d stay there again without hesitation."

The front desk staff were very welcoming and thoughtfully proactive noticing my wife’s mobility issues. The property was clean and well appointed. The location was absolutely perfect. Air conditioning was superb.

There was no ground level entrance; one has to navigate several sets of stairs from the street into the lobby.

"Incredible location"

Location, location , location …comfortable bed , AC was working while a lot of hotels had issues. Very close to restaurants , supermarkets , etc. super convenient.

The only suggestion is to offer water to the guests while they are waiting for check in or have their bar working. It was one the hottest days in France and we couldn’t get any water. Even the bar didn’t have water. Other than a that hotel is great and will be staying again next year
