Location. Friendly reception staff.

Expensive for what it is. Not as grand as it looks on the website. Breakfast mediocre. Not as good as expected for the price. Mostly paying for the excellent location.

The location of the hotel is great, very near Versailles. The room was clean and spacious but it needs refurbishing. Breakfast was also good.

If you want your room cleaned, you have to put a sign on the door, which we did not see so when we got back in the evening, the room wasn't cleaned. It's not a big issue, but the staff could give a heads up when checking in.
