i left kartik the manager a message no response. i get an email to check in early.. it had no confirmation code in the email so i cant check common sense would think they put the code in the email no that would be too easy... i have to hunt it down and through hotels. com it isnt listed.,... i asked why do they provide you that if you cant check in why not provide it i the email... she ignored my question twice and couldnt barely speak english..... my room had two large dead flies on the window sill its winter so the chance both were killed in the last few hours... no it was just dirty,,,, to add to it i stayed two days i had bites on my arm consisted with bed bugs which i have never had before in my life even staying at motel 6 and worse motels, the bites are consistent of this three bites in a pattern i flew in to chicago i for work and flew out two days later the only other place i was on the plane and in the office the bites appeared when i was in bed second morning... when i checked out i was asked how my stay was i said terrible,,,, to the receptionist she just ignored and checked me out complete robots.... i would never stay again in a marriot after this my company booked me and i travel alot... motel 6 was cleaner... i dont want anything for this i just want people to know this place is NOT CLEAN.. i have found another small bites on my leg as well now

We had another wonderful trip to the Chicago Marriott Northwest. We appreciate Cherry and her staff of caring people. The hosts in the M Club were fantastic. We truly enjoy all of the updates and the vibe of this hotel!
