"All good except Starbucks"

I’ve never been to a Starbucks that did not have Half & Half. When I placed my order I specifically asked them to leave room for Cream, at the very least they should have told me at ordering. I would not have ordered two large coffees had I known there was no cream.

"You have friends at the M Club"

I have to share my experience with the M Club staff. Marilu and Alberto (the chef) are amazing. The meals are freshly prepared and Marilu takes care of each guest with kindness and care. Other clubs could learn from this staff. My only hope is that management appreciates how valuable these 2 associates are to Marriott’s business. I come here for them. They make it feel like family. Cheers! The hotel is beautiful and clean.

My favorite place around Hoffman Estate area is Marriott. Staff made me feel like home. Definitely a choice for me. All my future stays around Hoffmann in Schaumburg area..

"Enjoyable Experience"

Room clean and neat. Tile floor just feels cleaner than rug. Pool also clean and inviting for our two grandkids. Food on site but much to offer around. Check in with Cherry enjoyable. She helped us to find our best price after I had already secured our room.
