My bartender Olena did not disappoint I usually don’t make reviews but she went above and beyond to make my visit one of the best I’ve had in a while she was attentive and very polite great recommendations and speedy service will definitely come back.

Lucas from sales was nice and so helpful when I was trying to make reservation with Bar Louie. We booked our stay on what looked like a very busy weekend but staff, from front desk to housekeeping were all so efficient and accommodating! The hotel is lovely and our rooms are spotless with more than enough toiletries, sheets and towels for everyone in our party! Bar Louie is a huge plus with its good food and awesome staff as well! Lastly and most importantly, Ms. CHERRY Okada was amazing! She is by far, the most accommodating and most efficient; not to mention, the warmest and kindest concierge we've ever met! We had such a very pleasant stay in this lovely hotel with an amazing staff!! ♥️♥️♥️

Great hotel! It has one of the best Marriott lounges I’ve been to. Marilu is the best and the food is very tasty. No carpets in the rooms and a Starbucks in the hotel. Can’t be much better than that! My new go-to place when I travel in the Chicago area.
