"Great service and good food!"

I had a really great experience with the service at the hotel. The Starbucks staff was very nice, welcoming, and made great coffee. I also really enjoyed the food from Bar Louie everything tasted great. Overall, the staff was friendly and made my visit enjoyable.

"From booking to checkout, repeated service failures exacerbated an already difficult trip."

When booking through Booking.com, I reserved a "King Room with Sofa Bed" for our family of four. The reservation process presented two bed configuration options - one king bed or two queen beds - and my confirmation reflected the two-queen-bed configuration, which we selected because we needed a three-bed sleeping arrangement. Upon arrival, we were informed that no such configuration existed, forcing us to book a second room at an additional cost of approximately $1,000. I have screenshots documenting the reservation details.

The room configuration advertised and confirmed during booking did not exist, resulting in approximately $1,000 in unexpected costs. We were later locked out of our room for over an hour while caring for an ill family member following a family funeral. The lack of urgency, accountability, and follow-up fell well below Marriott standards.

"Incredible improvements"

Stayed here last in 2023. Feels like a brand new hotel when I walk into the lobby now. Rooms updated as well. Staff is very friendly. Marilou in the hospitality lounge is as friendly as anyone could be. Always a smile on her face and always on the move to take care of the guests. Would recommend. Easy drive inland from city.
