Marilu was the best part of my entire experience while staying here. I was here for business and had very long days. I made it to the lounge for breakfast when it opened and would be back shortly before dinner was over. She was so incredibly kind and I appreciated her so much. I would come back to this hotel just for HER service. I work in customer service and hers is top notch. I want Mariott to know how incredible she is and that she will be the reason I choose Mariott again.

"Outstanding Hotel in Chicago"

The property was beautiful. The room was great and the in house restaurant food was delicious. Also the front desk staff was really helpful in guiding around the property , showing where everything is .
