"Great M Club Experience w/ Marilu"

Marilu went above and beyond every time we came down to the M club. She is extremely attentive and kind, and made our experience one to remember. It is apparent how much she genuinely cares about each guest. From making sure their favorite beverages are stocked to asking if there is anything else she could provide during their stay. The M club is fortunate to have her.

"Great concierge experience"

Marilu was fabulous — such a pleasant, happy face representing your Chicago Marriott Northwest. She was welcoming, took the time to ask about me, and built genuine connections with everyone she interacted with. I actually looked forward to coming down for breakfast and dinner because of her. She truly exceeds expectations, and I wish all employees were this dedicated to customer service. Her positive attitude and commitment to guests made a lasting impression.

"Great place/Great stay"

I recently stayed here with a couple of colleagues. The hotel itself is gorgeous and Manny was so gracious and helpful. Everyone at the front desk was so sweet and the food at the bar was delicious. I will definitely be returning to this property!
