"There are Many Hotels with better facilities for less - stay is best for Conference guest only"

Good location friendly staff- Happy hour in the bar

Building is old and tired - shower over bath with shower curtain- central heating not working so electric heater supplied- TV limited - very few power sockets

Bed was comfy Staff were super friendly Breakfast was awesome

I was hoping for a bath and a sofa like I had seen in photos but got an older room. I could have said something but husband wouldn't allow. Had the worst curry ever but rest of food was lush

Everything was just perfect for a small whānau especially last minute booking on the same day. We were also offered complimentary breakfast, however we were unable to stay for it. Elevators also close to parking lot and FREE PARKING!

"Wonderful Hotel Staff, Karma"

Giving this 5-star review specially for the hotel staff named Karma, who went the extra mile to make our stay a wonderful one. Knowing that we will be on a long road trip, he made sure we knew where our destination was located & gave us treats to sweeten our drive. His warmth made all the difference to our stay. "Nice hotel in great location, the maintenance team need to check rooms & put heating on before"

Bed was very comfy, staff were great and breakfast was yum!

room was freezing when arrived and took ages to warm up, TV wasn't working had no channels loaded so had to re tune took half an hour. Toilet flush wasn't working water was running through & wouldn't stop was too late to sort out so kept me awake.
