Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa

EXTRAORDINARIO el servicio a huéspedes (aunque el de las personas en la heladería no tanto), buen hotel y estancia placentera.

A pesar de que es un gran hotel y la atención de los empleados es de lo mejor, tiene fallas importantes: a) Es PESIMO que a partir de las 5 de la tarde no hay servicio en los bares de la alberca ni cercanos, tienes que ir hasta el lobby (que queda lejísimos) para conseguir una bebida; b) tampoco hay un lugar a donde puedas ir únicamente por un buen café y un postre a media tarde, ya que el único lugar de cafés (americano y de máquina) que hay es la heladería que cierra a las 4:40 (te dicen 5 pero desde antes ya no te dejan entrar porque están recogiendo) o ir y sentarte a uno de los restaurantes que más bien son para ir a cenar, y el Starbucks que es de PAGA ADICIONAL; c) el dizque "Coffee Corner" es un engaño porque en realidad es un Starbucks como dije, de paga adicional, deberían de cambiar el nombre y no hacerlo pasar por "Coffee Corner"; d) no hay buffet en horarios diferentes al desayuno, lo que disminuye las opciones de alimentos y hay un restaurante (el de mejor vista de todo el hotel) que está cerrado porque lo estarán remodelando hasta AGOSTO; e) el único lugar para comer snacks junto a la alberca, no te permite entrar mojado y en traje de baño, tienes que ponerte algo seco encima, ¡en los snacks de la alberca!; f) la coordinación de los restaurantes es mala, el último día que estuve cerraron el japonés SIN AVISAR de manera notoria, más que un pequeño letrero al llegar al lugar; g) Nota para el hotel: ni gasten en su "acondicionador", no sirve de nada, no hay manera de que te entre el cepillo en la cabeza, mejor quítenlo y no gasten o pongan uno que verdaderamente sirva.

Me encantó la atención al cliente, todo el staff está bien capacitado y pendiente de lo que necesites. El Resort tiene una variedad de restaurantes que te aseguran que nunca comas lo mismo dos veces.

Los restaurantes deben ser un poco más específicos con la descripción de sus platillos, un detalle menor pero es lo único que puedo resaltar negativamente.

It was fantastic, all-around amazing. The service was just that of any place where, if you needed something, someone was immediately there to assist. Roberto was amazing in the Spa, Yani was amazing serving drinks at the pool, Jehu was phenomenal at bartending in the club, I feel like I may come back to edit to update with names because they were all so intentional on learning mine and what we needed! Relaxing, top notch food and liquor, and somewhere wonderful to escape to. Thank you all for an amazing experience!

I trained with the personal trainer at the gym. His name is Lalo. Extremely helpful and professional. It was a pleasure training with him and I highly recomm3nd when you visit grand fiesta cabo. Hes nice and extremely knowledgeable!

Had a great time, world class customer service. We went a bit off season, but still good weather. Enjoyed the entertainment with the live music in the evening, Mario shredded the guitar! Also, pay attention to the color of the flags on beach. They had a purple flag that day, but I opted to go fishing at sunset in waist deep water. H During incoming tide I got stung by a jelly fish. Manuel at the medical office onsite gave me sound advice without charging me. I followed his instructions and was fine within the hour. We will return. DS

We’ve celebrated our anniversary at Fiesta Americana every year since 2018, and somehow it just keeps getting better. We always say we’ll try a different resort “next time,” but the team here makes it impossible to leave. The employees are consistently welcoming, friendly, and genuinely invested in creating a wonderful experience. Elias and David provide exceptional poolside service—hard‑working, attentive, and always so kind. They are a big part of why we return year after year. The food is good, but it’s the service that truly sets this resort apart. And we absolutely adore Nicole. Seeing her promoted to her ambassador position was such a joy. It is so well deserved. Fiesta Americana continues to feel like home to us, and it’s because of people like them.

Elias was very fast and efficient with our poolside service requests. Our time at Grand Fiesta Americana is always exceptional, and much greater service than we could ever remember having received back home.

We had a beautiful experience. This was an incredible resort and perfectly enjoyable as a family. All the food was amazing. We particularly loved the restaurant El Mexicano. Our servers Misael and Carlos were absolutely lovely. We cannot wait to return. Thank you!

Mizael and Carlos were absolutely amazing wonderful. mizael made guacamole at our table and even made me Mexican coffee. They were very attentive and the food was fabulous. I highly recommend this place! 10 out of 10!

I had a wonderful experience at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos. The facilities are are absolutely gorgeous. The property included multiple pools, and the beach access made for a very relaxing vacation with amazing scenic views. We thoroughly enjoyed the all-inclusive package and everyone was so incredibly hospitable. Victor was such a wonderful bartender and had our drink orders memorized after just the first day. I would especially like to highlight Itzae- one of the fitness instructors at the resort. Although vacationing, I love staying active and had the opportunity to attend Itzae's mat pilates class. Her class was the perfect blend of challenge yet fun. She was so lively and encouraging and made class such a joy from everyone- whether you were a beginner or seasoned pilates goer. She was very attentive to making sure we had great form while also maintaining comfort. I wish my stay was longer so I could have attended more of her classes!
