Enjoyed a wonderful trip. The service was excellent and the amenities were superb.

Great service from Marisol at the Peninsula for breakfast, Yani by the pool, Antonio at the Grand club lounge for our night caps, and Angelica for our turn down service each night. They became our friends and made our trip perfect!

Beautiful location. The best food and staff that we have ever had. The housekeeping is top notch. Shout out to Angel Baeza and Alex Santos as well as Alejandra from sales. Wonderful people. Definitely recommend this place. All your staff were Wonderful

We are still in awe of how incredible Diana Alvarez was throughout our entire wedding journey at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos. From the moment we started working with her, we felt taken care of in a way that is hard to describe. She is not only extremely organized and detail-oriented, but she brings such a calming, reassuring presence that makes you feel like everything is truly under control. She arranged a trial stay for us about five months before our wedding. That experience alone showed us how much she cared. Our two-day stay felt so intentional and luxurious, Diana made sure we were comfortable, prepared, and excited for everything to come. Meeting the chef and bartenders, experiencing the food, and seeing our vision come to life with those breathtaking views, it all felt so special. Diana walked us through every single detail of our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces. Any idea or change we had, she welcomed and made happen so seamlessly. She also connected us with the most amazing vendors. Our wedding day was on August 8, 2025, where there was a tropical storm that honestly felt almost surreal. Diana reassured us constantly and worked closely with our vendors to adjust timing and wait out the rain. Because of her, what could have been a stressful situation turned into something so beautiful and memorable. She made our wedding day feel so special, so cared for, and so us. We are truly beyond grateful for her. Diana is exceptional at what she does, but more than that, she is someone who genuinely cares about the couples she works with. We will always look back on this experience with so much love and appreciation because of her!

The resort was amazing!!! 5 starts to all the staff especially Taide and Francisco who made our vacation the best time we’ve ever had! Our family came for my sisters 50th birthday and we all will come back again!!!

Martin at Blu was an excellent server ! Very kind and took care of us like we were the only ones in the place ! Excellent server !

We had AMAZING service from Roberto, Carlos, Jose and Cruz. As we walked up they had our table ready remembered all our drinks. They worked great as a team never left dirty dishes, kept drinks filled. They were always smiling. Eder & Salvador from the Mexican restaurant super friendly and also provided amazing service. Itzae & Sharlene offered fitness during our trip. We had looked into this prior to booking at this resort. It was a priority to workout not only at the gym. I was able to let Ivan the GM know what a great experience we’re having. The staff greets you with their hand over their heart. ❤️ A gesture of serving you with their heart 💜 I look forward to our next trip and amazing service. 💜💜💜

I liked the food, the most

they lost our reservation through Booking.com. It took over an hour to check in, and the manager had to hand input the details from Booking.com. He never offered any kind of upgrade to compensate.
